Florida Eagle Property Management is changing the way that buyers can purchase homes. We are purchasing great properties in the Pasco County and Hernando County areas of Florida and then offering owner-financed properties to renters. We hope to inspire our tenants who never considered homeownership because they don’t have the present finances or may have difficulties getting financing to seek out homeownership.
Tenants can get involved with our homeownership programs by living in the single-family residences with our Lease-with-the-Option-to-Own programs. Through our unique service, we are transforming the lives of Florida residents by giving them the opportunities to finally purchase the home of their dreams.
